First Week

It's been a week since I started dieting and exercising and I lost 4 kg already..But the change in my weight hasn't made a difference in my appearance though. But it's a great feeling to lose this weight for just a week but I know that it's not enough. I still need to have 31 kg to lose in a year. And I know that I can lose it in time. I just have to continue what I am doing right now and keep myself motivated to achieve this goal. It is towards a healthier and more confident me so I hope that I'll be able to accomplish this goal.
